Quoin Construction was formed in 1997 by Philip Preston, an experienced tradesman with a vision to simply provide top-level workmanship combined with outstanding service to our clients. The key to Quoin’s success is the attention given to the communication with the customer which in turn ensures a smooth-running project with a focus on exceeding our customers’ expectations.
